Fewer than 1 in 400 mortgages led to repossession in 2007, according to the Council of Mortgage Lenders. The total was 27,100.

They said on the news that the true figure has been hidden because those companies that buy your house cheaply and then keep you on as a tenant are buying 15-20,000/year.
So add 15,000 onto the official figure of 27,000 and where are you?0 -
