    Morning boys and girls.

Well done on the interview Keren. If you get the job, check to see if they off staff discounts on their courses.

Jacs: A nice simple email will be OK. Why else are you on friends reunited other than to have people contact you?

it's done :) Amber now has pretty pink earrings.

I wasn't sure that they'd be able to do it, she had a bit of a meltdown when they tried to clean her ears, she doesn't like people touching her very much. So, we wandered around the store a bit and the woman gave her a lolly, she then said "ready now" and went to sit on the chair. 2 people did it at the same time and she didn't bat an eyelid. Of course she made me take her into thorntons for a chocolate lolly on the way out. But she's really happy with her sparklies.

Great news on the interview keren; I've a great feeling about this.

    afternoon all
Blowing a gale up here, 73mph up at the lighthouse eep! i dont want to leave the house, but must as i have no food in and 7 friends coming for dinner tomorrow. That'll teach me for not going when its a nice day!
  • oooooooooh, Toto, that is a nice way for it all to turn out. Really pleased , I bet she feels really grown up.

Cheers all for the support :) It is hardly job of the year but is very very close geographically, an area of work I would find interesting and it will be £600 after tax guaranteed. I would only have to do half the amount on AQA to top it up and I'd still have the freedom of 'afternoons off' if you know what I mean rather than committing to a full working day in an office. The job is looking after all aspects of 'customer services' for the centre, advising people on courses, booking them in, taking payment, cancellations, helping them when they arrive at the front desk etc. Just a nice little job really.
