British Gas online account management - why is gas account always offline?
                    Hello all,
Does anyone use paperless billing from British Gas? I've had it for quite some now for both my gas and electric. I never have any problems viewing my electric account online but I can never access my gas account! I always get the "account not available, please try again between 7am and 10pm" thingy regardless of what time of the day/week it is. Does anyone else suffer with this?

It's really annoying me as they don't answer email contact and they don't answer phone contact, nor do they answer snail mail contact and I'm stuck with a humungous bill which I can't view  .
I'm now in the process of changing to Ebico so hopefully I won't have this problem soon.
Rgds,
Rob
