i have found this:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=401374&highlight=best
and this:
http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=608697&highlight=best
which cover Best ISA's and Best Regular savers.
i am sure there is a similar thread maintained and up to date that covers Instant access savings accounts.
i have searched "top / access / instant / best" and all sorts of other words and it is not coming up anywhere.
either its been deleted, i am blind, i completely imagined its existence or its still here but hiding.
please someone, save my sanity.
