L&G Quidco £110 cashback isa

Just seen on Quidco that Legal & General are offering £110 cashback on new accounts
It says on the quidco L&G page heading " £110 cashback isa" but then says "up to £110 for new accounts"
Does anyone know if you would actually receive £110 for opening an isa with them.
