Need a holiday in October !! Help

Hi, myself and the miss's want to go somewhere nice in October for 7-10 days. We want somewhere nice and scenic, beach holiday, with pleanty to do and also quiet enough to relax and do laze. Somewhere warm and sunny. We want to do the above at a reasonable price as possible. Budget is a max of £300 pp for flights and accomodation (b&b)

Can anyone recommend a country / location / website.

If you spend £15 in boots you get a voucher for £100 off a holiday.
It is valid on holidays in winter sun brochures ( Thomas Cook & JMC.
You do have to book through Thomas Cook.
The voucher has all the details.

You could try Sharm El sheik in Egypt.

Plenty of diving and water based activities and reasonably cheap with excellent hotels.

October would be a good time of year if you like it hot and sunny.

Not sure about scenic though.

Iraqi airlines are doing a good deal to Bagdad reasonably cheap around the end of the year.

Best bet would be to get flights and accomodation seperate.

You should get a good price on an apartment rental in October. See https://www.holiday-rentals.co.uk

Make sure the owner is UK based.

Then go for 2 cheap flight only from no frills airline.
Check flight availability B4 you book the apartment. Travel non weekend is very cheap but the apartment change over day may be Fri or Sat.

Canaries is best for sun in October. If over 30 have at look at Nerja on the eastern costa del sol.

I'd be inclined to look at Sharm, Taba, or Hurghada -all on red sea in egypt. temps will be better than Canaries-27-28 Degrees-no rain-lots to see & do.

HOLD YOUR NERVE-book 1-2 weeks before departure & you'll get a deal-especially if its early October (avoid school half-term like the plague!)-contact your travel agent, look on teletext or feel free to e-mail/pm me.
