Asda Card with BT

Hello
I have got Asda card with the £500 credit limit so i have made a balance transfer of £300 to my barclays card.
But now i am thinking to make this card in my use on regular base and paying them £100 back before i go ahead.
Is it a useful thought ? or should i not use it .. How much interest is going to be if i use it ( BT which i already made)
I still got 7 months remaining on my BT.
