problems with selling on amazon

wonder if anyone can help.

i have sold a few things on amazon and have made about £30, problem is i can't get my money. they send you a pin to input and i mislaid it and they have suspended my account as a security measure. i have repeatedly emailed the payments team asking for a new pin and have had no response. i have checked my spam folder and there is nothing from amazon and i get all other emails from amazon ok. i tried another tact and emailed a different dept but still no reply. i can't find a number to phone anywhere on their website - does anyone have one?

I have sold quite a lot on Amazon and have no problem getting my money.

Any earnings are automatically transferred directly into my bank account on a fortnightly basis, there is an option to trigger an interim payment, but I have never bothered with that. I have never heard of them requiring a PIN.

Are you sure you have set up your account properly ?

There is some information on PINShere on the Amazon site, with email links if you get problems. Apparently they come from the US in the post. Don't give any reason why some users are given them though. Very perculiar.
