What does BB mean?

I have just tried to alter my signature and it has told me that the BB value is too big. I tried making my font smaller, but it is still saying it. Does anyone know what i am doing wrong?

Thanks a lot

I've just tried to change mine too. I know they have reduced the size we are allowed to have our signatures but it seems ridiculously small. I only tried to change my seal pot amount so am not increasing my sig size. I don't see how our sigs will be useful if they are so tiny!

  • It was only a few days ago that there was a warning about over the top sigs', and that all new ones would have to conform to the new rules, I guess you found out what size was too big the hard way.

I guess most forum sites use similar language? Then again it could have nothing to do with it at all, I dunno.

  • Have you followed these guidelines??
    1. There is now an upper limit of 5 lines per signature (i.e. every time you press return).

    2. There is now a limit of 300 characters. We hope this allows plenty of room for your signatures, especially our users who like to use signatures as diaries (Debt-Free Wannabees for example).

    3. Font size maximum of "3" (this is equivalent to font size 12 in Word). This ensures that the signatures don't overpower the forum.

  • Yip - i followed those, but it still wont let me change it. I only want 1 line on my signature, but keep getting told the BB is too big

Your signature looks like it's more than five lines long - have you tried removing one of the blank lines below your first line?
Some days you're the dog..... most days you're the tree! :D
  • I'm the same. I keep trying it smaller and smaller and it still says too big. So I can't change mine either.

  • Yeah it is more than 5 lines long - i am trying to get it to just 1 line and really small writing, but its not working. This is driving me mad now.
