taking my mum to mccarther glen on the cardiff-swansea shuttle next week. i was thinking that it might be nice to catch a bus from outside the complex into bridgened town. i know there's not a huge amount to see there, but its the novelty of somewhere 'new' (we're easily pleased)
i asusme such a bus service would run, but can anyone tell me what number bus we'd need, how often they run and a rough idea of the fair please?

just had a look on the website- www.firstgroup.com under regional they do a map of routes and it looks like they have a couple of different routes going too and fro.Services are every 10 mins it says-not sure of fares. Think if you ring them they can give info over phone -or someone will be along soon who knows!
Bridgend has improved and we have Boots-my Fav shop!!!!!,New Look, woolies, top shop, shaws, smiths, mothercare, adams, bonmarche, monsoon.
Also the market-closed weds pm.Also several nice coffee /food places. And a new Home Bargains which has some good deals!
PM me if l can give any more info.Hope you enjoy your day out!
