I sent a parcel to a buyer via SD as they paid for that and I just checked to see if it had been delivered today and it says that it was attempted on or before 05:41 ! can this be right ? would they really expect someone to be up and sign for it then ?
I know if i paid for SD and missed it at that time in the morning I wouldnt be too happy.

i think RM delivery times begin at 6, must be a mistake somewhere!0

was it a business address?
in real terms deliveries start 6.30/7 for van deliveries.it also could something be a customer who collects their own mail from the office so no delivery attempt is made as such0
