Another big thanks to Loveabargain. In response to your query Kell4509 we stayed at the hotel last Sunday, spent the day at Camelot Theme Park which was fun obviously not on the same scale as Alton Towers but just right for us as our kids are 8 and 10 and not really that fussed about lots of rides, there are a few big rides for adults as well. Anyway getting back to the hotel, we were really pleasantly surprised by the size, cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. When I originally booked family rooms had run out and we were offered a massive room with four poster bed and 2 single beds for kids, complete with family sitting area. I really couldn't fault the whole place, Sam's diner was great, massive portions! in the morning we were expecting just a continental breakfast in the morning, but hey even a massive cooked breakfast was included. Obviously as the offer is so popular booking was essential for dinner and breakfast was busy.
It was lovely to finish of the day at the theme park in the leisure facilities, although they had a bit of a queue as they are restricted to how many they allow in the pool, kids had a bit of a moan about the wait!
Just one complaint from me and that's the smoking in the lounge area.
Hope this is of help, let me know if you want any more tips for your stay.0 -

Just returned from a Camelot.69.00 for 4 with breakfast and entrance to the park. The park alone is 55.00 for a family ticket so it was a massive deal. The hotel was brilliant, clean, staff very friendly and couldnt do enough for you.
Loads of variety to eat and drink.the lesuire facilities were really good, we managed to get in 4 swims in 24 hours.Steam room, sauna Jacuzzis all available also.
The hotel is a couple of hundred yards away from the theme park so really handy.the theme park was small but crammed a lot in.My kids loved it,and i got a few goes on the rides also. Will be going again with or without discount.
thanks for the original post.

Once again thanks to Loveabargain

When we went on Sunday all the family rooms were all taken so we were upgraded to 2 executive suites with interlocking rooms! Hotel facilities were great, had to wait -all of 10 mins- the first time we wanted to go in the pool but after that no probs. Also tried out the sauna and jacuzzi.
Camelot itself was a great day out. Wasnt too busy considering its the school hols and plenty to do for those like me who dont like the rides such as falconery shows and farm.
If similar offers are around would recommend anyone else to go.0
