Citibank application was successful - is that it?

I've just gone through setting up the citibank CC for best balance transfers for life. I put in the details for all 3 of my existing cards (totalling £4250) and got through to the end saying i was successful in my application for the card. No paperwork to sign and my new card will be here 7-10 days.
So is that it? Or do i have to wait for the balance transfers to be accepted for example due to not having a credit limit set yet?
Anyone know?
