Sadly many people think a whiplash claim is their just reward for the inconvenience of the accident, maybe if they realised that it costs every driver more in increased premiums they would think twice.

Having learnt this week how painful and inconvenient a whiplash injury is, I can understand why people claim. I wasn't going to bother but my own insurers have told me I should particularly as I have legal expenses insurance. I don't intend to "get every penny I can" as some people are telling me but I have been caused pain and inconvenience by the negligence of another driver.
