I can't think of one that merits a reconmendation as most charge a annual fee.
Why don't you/can't you use a standard credit card and pay it off in full each month?
There are several cards that pay you with a percentage of your annual spend in cash/credit the account.Others give you points(necter/Tesco points .
So in stead of them having your money you can have your money and whatever interest or points you earn are then yours.Previously known as Bokken, registered at MSE in Nov 04,computer glich deleted my access but it is fun building up my stars from scratch,again.:D0 -
Not sure whether this will be suitable, but I intend taking out one of these to lock in US$ at current rates. Best US$ rate that I can find on the net

Done quite a few hours research on these pre-paid jobbies - simply because I only had one credit card (Egg!) and they've ditched me!
I'm off to the US soon and I don't relish (a) not having a credit card with me when I turn up to collect my car and (b) paying ludicrous conversion and transaction fees if I use my debit card.
There's quite a few out there but FairFX has no card fee if you load £500 or more, no transaction fees or conversion fees when you use it abroad, a fixed £1 charge for ATM withdrawals home or away AND gives you a decent exchange rate.
Only bugbear is the £7+ fee if you want to load it from a credit card though this is free if you use a debit card or bank transfer - so I'll have to wait until payday to load mine up!
Hope this helps. Procrastination? Mmm, let me think about that ...
Useless fact - funerals are VAT exempt :A0
