I didn't have the confirmation email towards the back end of last year but so far - touch wood - I'm getting them again so don't know what was happening.

yep, sorted it in the end, i was left with 3 words, fuschia, pansy and pink and wasnt sure which the odd one out was, but eventually decided on pansy being the odd one (thanks lottie/korky)
