GHD company

Would anyone happen to know the address of "THE GOOD HAIR DAYS "COMPANY?, I bought a pair of GHD'S from a retailer less than 6 month ago and have stopped working, don't heat up in the slightest.
I have lost the receipt so the retailer said I must return to GHD but gave me no address.
I have been told that these are on guarentee so if GHD can't fix they will replace?

Comments

  • how did you pay for the GHDs? If via credit card or debit card, your bank statement is proof of purchase. I've used this in the past where I've lost the receipt. Your contract is with the retailer, they are obliged to replace/repair the item. GHD offer a 2 year warranty.
  • You should have registered them with the GHD website when you bought them.

    Try the website: www.ghdhair.com

Your straighteners should have a hologram sticker on them,or on the cable with a reference number, this may help. I just had to enter the name of the retailer and the month & year of purchase, along with this ref. code when I registered mine at Xmas.

I haven't had to ask for repair or anything but I got a confirmation email back saying they are covered for 2 years.
