why buy a cheap mp3 player from aldi? honestly, you get what you pay for.

It''s not THAT cheap - the poor instructions are generally the problem. And if there's anything to learn from this website, it is that value is not the same a cheapness!

Just a thought...does it have removeable memory? Can you not delete it using a PC?

Just bought one 4GB. Seems to be a major 'design fault' in that they turn themselves off after 2 mins 'to save power' so are useless at recording.
so says another ordinary mug fighting the 1% who own the political machine grinding them down from on high...

  • Yeah don't buy them, I had one, it broke(loud hissing noise over music), I took it back got the new model two months after and the software was buggy, you could get into an albums folder play music, but you were stuck listening to that album until you plugged it into a pc or the battery ran out, tevion said that its not really a problem, so i got a refund again.
  • i am also thinking of buying a one. the son is looking for one that is compatible with Napsta downloading is this one? I know very little about mp3 players. Any advise would help thank you.
  • I believe Napster songs are still DRM protected. Hopefully someone can correct me if I'm wrong. You'd have to check as to whether the player you're thinking of will play protected files.
    Dave.
  • The Napster music that is downloaded to your computer is in Window Media Audio (WMA) format at 198 Kbps stereo and streamed tracks are 128 Kbps stereo. This high quality allows you to get the most enjoyment from your music however you choose to listen to it. We use Microsoft Windows Media Digital Rights Management software to make sure all the music you have is fast, safe and protected.

Still not managed to get it working on my pc!

Have tried it on my friends and it works straight away.

Any suggestions on what might be stopping it working?

    Thanks.

My Tevion MP3 player does not work from my slightly aged home laptop with USB but does work from my work laptop with USB2.0. To see the difference type in USB2.0 into a search engine.
This is what I put the problem down to.
    Hope this helps.
