Odd Car insurance query

Can anyone suggest why one of the options when I got my car insurance on line (renewal quote £915, different insurer £557!!) was to have the documents in braille?
I know it's probably not 'politically correct' to ask, but I am intrigued!

There are lots of disabled people who own cars but cannot physically drive them.
I'm not sure how the insurance works for this but if it's their car then they certainly have an insurable interest in it.
BTW - It is possible to be registered blind and still drive.
The only requirement for driving a car is to see a certain distance straight ahead.
You can have pretty bad "tunnel vision" and be registered blind and still pass the requirements for driving.
Frightening huh !!
Fortunately I think most people have then sense not to but it's still scary.0
