Possible problem with newbabybaskets.co.uk

I 'bought' a gift basket for my sister's new baby and the gift should have been sent within 48 hours. It's now a week late and they are not answering my messages.
Has anyone else dealt with these people and if so, do you think I'm getting scammed?
It was for 50 quid which is a lot of money to me :-(

Have you been emailing them, or have you left phone messages? If you've not already, it might be worth trying to get hold of them on the phone.

Hi,
I just went all over their website looking for a phone number but there isn't one. I usually check for that kind of thing before I buy, but I slipped up on that here and I don't know how else to find it?

I had a look and their 'contact us' page - it doesn't show much, does it?! But then I spotted from their homepage that they have a shop in Portishead. So I Googled them with the word Portishead added, one of the top results took me back to their site but the page I was taken to then had this info which includes a phone number:

Our site does specify that baskets can take a bit longer to dispatch than normal orders as they are handmade by my wife, but we do try to keep customers informed of any delays along the way.
