Talk talk and call return

Hello
I've been with talk talk for about a year now and i keep getting charges on my bill for call return. I'm guessing this is when you get a engaged number and can press a button and get them to call when the line is free.
The thing is i've NEVER used call return...NEVER.. i checked with my DD and she said she didn't even know about it and has never used it
Am i wrong in my thinking that its when you get an engaged tone?
if i'm not wrong how can i prove i've never used it? or is it there word against mine?
Anyone else had this problem?

I think, Call return is where you check to see who has called you (via 1471) and then press "3" to call them back.
Ring back is what you have described, i.e. keep ringing the line until it's free.
Could this be the case?0 -
1471 Call Return is 6p and Ring Back is 13.5p per use.“I look like Spiderman at a funeral”~ Karl Pilkington0
