:T I would like to get this off my chest my dad orderd a camcorder of this channel early december last year they took hes money out off hes bank account on the 12th dec 07 £87 waited 21 days no camcorder
so they thought get xmas and new year over 1st jan 08 my dad phoned they said do you want your money back or the camcord my dad said the cam corder so the said ok it will be with you in ten days that came and went
after loads off phone calls to customer service that no one never seems to answer when they do they give my dad some crap it will be with you soon so hence my involvement now my dads a pensioner and cannot afford to loose this money i have rung then told then if they dont phone my dad by end of frid this week i will seek legal proccedings to take them to court to get me dads money back :mad: i am really angry with this company that they can do this
so now they have got a fight on there hands from me :T
