Just read this on the Nat West site
'Money transfers by phone
Transfer money from your credit card to any UK bank account over the phone. The minimum is £250, and you don’t pay a fee – just your usual rate for purchases from the date of the transfer'
As purchases are at 0% for 9 months surely this makes the card an SBT with no fee

Hope they accept me...

This has been discussed on a couple of threads recently.
I e-mailed them for clarification and was told that this "phone transfer" would be classed as a cash advance!!0 -
Sorry - I'm not keeping up to speed these days

Very confusing though... looks like a SBT to me. I wonder how many have been caught by this and whether if they complained they would get the fee canx??0 -
