Another Successful Raid on the Credit Cards

After Martin's advice on claiming late fees and overlimit charges by cloning his templates and sending them off to MBNA, I was offered an initial settlement figure of £84 on a full claim of £329.
Needless to say I held out and proceeded to lodge a complaint with the FOS. Within 2 weeks of threatening them with them with this, they settled in full.

Thanks again Martin

    Hiy iANSAV

THANKs for this post, ive got a couple of mbna cards, one with alliance and leicester and one direct with mbna, they have now increased my interest rates to 34% so i was thinking of checking my overcharges and over limits charges ive had a few in the past few months,

so did you only have one card, im interested to know if i could claim for both cards directly with mbna and put in for both cards at the same time,

anyone else can assist would appreciate it

keep happy and have a fun day ciao maz
