my scroll bar has disapeared?

My scroll bar has disapeared - I think one of the kids has pressed something and it is really annoying. Any ideas how I can fix it please.
Forgot to say that i also can't see the clock in bottom right it is as though the picture is too big for the screen.

sounds like its your display/screen resolution.
Go into Control Panel\Display and choose the screen tab. change the screen resolution to something lower0 -
Thank you that seemed to have done the trick sort of. My screen size is back and can also see clock now but everything is so big now
