If you'd ever waited for an ebuyer delivery before, I think you would rather go to asda -£55- and I believe the asda one plays divx. Less than a tenner in it and asda cust.serv. is vastly better.0

I've ordered several things from Ebuyer, including a PC. In fact I got a great deal on a 22'' LG monitor just before Christmas. Never had any problems and would use them again.0

The majority of complaints about ebuyer are about delivery and that's because they use Citylink. Citylink are a franchise, so there delivery service is hit and miss depending where you live, which is why some people say they are fantastic and some say they are awful. Why ebuyer persist in using Citylink I don't know, but ebuyer customer services is actually really good, I have had to have one order delivered 4 times because Citylink lost it 3 times, ebuyer sent out replacements immediately on timed delivery service, so I didn't have to waste a whole day waiting in for it to arrive, not that it did until the fourth time.
It does put me off ordering from ebuyer. I have to factor in the CityLink problem when I order from them. Basically I have to be able to get it about £20 cheaper from ebuyer than anywhere else before I will order from them. The lost deliveries, bogus delivery attempts, the drivers habit of playing knock down ginger and the fruitless 20 mile round trips to their depot all mean that it's not worth the hassle just to save a few quid.I've given up trying to get my signature to work with the new rules, if nobody knows what the rules are what hope do we have?0 -
Never had a problem with eBuyer in around 4 years of buying from them, fantastic service.0

Have to agree, have used Ebuyer for years and always had a good service, couple of times things have gone wrong they have sorted quickly...0
