    1. The closing date for the Free Prize Draw is 29 February 2008.
    2. No purchase or quote necessary. Entry to the Free Prize Draw is open to UK residents over 18 years only.
    3. Participants must have a full postal address to participate.
    4. Entries not submitted in accordance with the rules, illegible, incomplete or altered will be disqualified.
    5. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery.
    6. The entry instructions form part of these rules.
    7. It is a condition of entry that the winner’s name will be used for promotional purposes. This will only be in summary e.g. Mrs Smith from Surrey.
    8. Only one entry per Household. We reserve the right to destroy entries where more than one per household has been made.
    9. Employees or family members of employees of Age Concern Enterprises Limited and The Foreign & Commonwealth Office or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisations or running of the prize draw or their direct family members are not eligible for entry into the prize draw.
    10. One winner will win a week holiday including two flight tickets to Sorrento, Italy and accommodation in a four star hotel on half board basis, plus comprehensive travel insurance from Age Concern for the holiday. Age Concern Travel Insurance cover for the holiday is subject to policy terms and conditions and subject to maximum premium value of £150 for 2 people excluding Insurance Premium Tax. Prize must be taken between 14 April 2008 to 23 May 2008 or 31 May 2008 to 25 July 2008.
    11. No cash alternative will be offered and prize is not transferable.
    12. The draw will take place on 13 March 2008. The winner will be chosen at random from all proper entries received by the closing date by an independent adjudicator whose decision shall be final.
    13. Notification of winning: The winner will be contacted by the 10 April 2008 by telephone if possible and letter.
    14. The name and county of the winner will be available by sending a stamped address envelope to Age Concern Enterprises, Marketing Department, Holiday Prize Draw, 3-10 Melton Street London NW1 2EB.
    15. The promoter of the Free Prize Draw is Gordon Morris, Age Concern Enterprises, Walkden House, 3-10 Melton Street, London NW1 2EB.
    16. The decision of the promoter is final.
    17. If a prize is unclaimed after reasonable efforts have been made by the promoter to contact the winner then he will be entitled to dispose of the prize as he thinks fit without any liability to the winner for having done so. A period of one month will be allowed after notification to the supplied contact details for the winner to claim the prize.
    18. If you do not wish to be entered in the free prize draw please call 0800 169 2700 by 29 February 2008.

Age Concern Enterprises Limited and Fortis Insurance Limited are each authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority for insurance mediation and are not in the same group of companies.
