Lloyds TSB Premier Banking

I have been offered the opportunity to upgrade my account to the Premier Banking with Lloyds TSB. They will waive my fee until 1st Jan (£15/month) and provided the account stays in credit above £5k they will waive it altogether. It apparently provides free breakdown assistance, mobile phone insurance and worldwidse travel insurance for the complete family. The other thing it allegedly does is allow me access to preferential future exclusive mortgage deals and the like.
Does anyone have experience of this account? I moved to the Classic Plus account more than a year ago and have been quite happy with their performance thus far.
My apologies if this has already been discussed in this forum, but I couldn't find it...

My experience of premier banking is that it is a nightmare! The Premier Manager will change every other month.. They give you a mobile number to call for service so thats expensive When you want assistance for anything and the Premier Manager is not about no one will offer any help!0

I've got nothing bad to say about my Premier Plus Account, banking manager is great & apart from initially seeing him & getting some forms sent out, I've had no need to contact him. I use the Premier Contact Centre, which is 0845 & guarantetd UK based.
Travel insurance is certainly comprehensive, AA cover is great (full UK, at home, to destination, European), mobile phone insurance saves us £10/month anyway. My branch doesn't have many Premier customers, so always get taken to a room & given a coffee ;-)
Compared to my previous HSBC 'computer says no' account, it's great.0
