royal mail vent and please help

i posted a letter first class last Friday it was only going locally and it hasnt arrived. What to do? Where do they go?:mad: will i get refunded?

contact Royal Mail and see if they can do anything to trace it.

If it was only sent 1st class I doubt they'll do anything. You have to send stuff recorded delivery to have any guarentee of compensation!
If you write an extra nice complaint letter, you might be lucky enough to receive a book of 1st class stamps!!

just wanted to say it turned up today it was my fault i had made a small mistake on the address but some kind person bought it round to its rightful place. All is forgiven royal mail.:footie:0
