Amazon Virgin wine Voucher

Rec'd a voucher for £40 discount with Virgin Wines with my last Amazon order. Went on line to see if it was a good deal (didn't really expect it to be:p) and was right they want you to join a wine club and give them £20 a month....not likely:rotfl:

Have you read the terms and conditions? (They're very easy to read). Last week, I joined up to "Winebank" with one of these £40 vouchers, where you pay £20 a month but it goes straight towards your next wine order and there's no tie-in - you can cancel straight after your first order if you like, therefore getting you the deal without paying any more money.

It's worth it - I ordered 11 bottles of Fairtrade wine and 2 bottles of decent champagne for a total of £40 delivered.

It would also be fair to point out unless its changed that every three months Virgin also put in £20. Therefore you pay £60 they give you another £20. If you have money left in it you can withdraw your own money (you can't withdraw teh extra £20!)

I joined this as well- got the £40 voucher and get free £20 every time I put in £60.
I'd have to say though, that the wine is usually no better than you'd get from the supermarket, and is often fairly expensive for the quality you get. I think that's how they're making the 'free' £20 every quarter work.
