in my experince you will never receive an online bill

BG will repeatedly threaten you, your missis and your children

and eventually you will pay whatever amount they want you to pay having never seen a bill because you cant stand the thought of BG breaking into your house to disconnect your gas and electricity and leaving you with your babies to keep warm, make bottles etc etc with no electric and no hot water or heating

i love the way BG operate

I had online bills from BG. ;)

When an account is closed, ( whoever someone is with) you are no longer to log in therefore the final bill has to be sent through the post.

When i moved from BG i allowed them to collect whatever they deemed correct and BG then sent me a cheque for what they over collected. i dont recall receiving a final bill.

    thanks all
    even the ranter lol
i logged in last night and it looks like my account has not been done and dusted yet , our DD payments need to be applied i think looking at it which came out on the 1st

its very difficult to understand when you look on line

perhaps i should just sit tight for another few days to allow it all to be finalised and then call with my debit card handy ?
