'Scams, Fiddles And Honest Claims'.
The programme followed the work of a fraud team from Norwich Union as they distinguished the valid claims from the scams.
Very interesting to watch. I couldn't help feeling a little sorry for the elderly couple who lost everything because they got caught inflating their claim a bit. Anyway I guess at the end of the day, we all pay extra because of some peoples dishonest claims.
