Snapback or back ordering of expired domain names

Hi i wonder if anyone has any experience of obtaining expired domain names. The domain name i want has expired and in fact has been suspended. This will be released on a 'first come first served' basis by nominet (it is a .co.uk)

There are companies that will try and grab it as soon as it released, you pay for this service in return for an improved chance of getting the name you are after.

I am aware of snapnames but they now sell the grabbed name to the highest bidder rather than a fixed fee which has put me off using them again. i found namewarden through Google but as they have no contact numbers listed and take enquired online only and so far have not responded in over 24 hours ( I will not do business with a company that chooses to be pure online but cannot respond in a timely manner.

So has anyone either come accross companies that can grab .co.uk domains or has used one themselves and would reccomend them please.
