Hi I posted this on another forum but didn't get a response I'm hoping I'm in the right place this time.
I'm thinking of joining HealthShield but just wanted some feedback from anyone who is with them.
They say all the benefits are paid annually, but I can't work out whether their year goes from the time I join ie March to March for example.
If I put in a claim for a new pair of glasses for example in November . Would I be able to claim again at the beginning of my next new year (March ) or is it 12 months from the last claim eg November?
Does that make sense? Thanks

Hi, im with healthshield and have been for many years they are very quick at creditting your money back to you. i believe it runs from jan - dec so all claims need to be submitted before the end of the year.
hope this helpsOfficial DFW Nerd number 227
