Can you freeze bread pudding? always a great for leftover bread but sometimes I need to make two, plus it would be nice to have ready made portions for packed lunches.

i got a lot of cooking apples yesterday on offer, i want to make some apple crumbles, do i make, cook then freeze or just make them and freeze them raw and cook when defrosted.0

Hi I would imagine you could do it either way, but I always cook mine first as normally I'd be batch cooking and one would be for pud that day, then I know they are sweet enough.0

I'd cook the apples but not put the crumble topping on until I was ready to serve it.
Stew the apples as you would normally then freeze in bags until you need them. This also saves space in the freezer.0
