how about fish pie with the fillets/sweetcorn a white sauce and mash or tuna fishcakes with tuna/mash an egg to bind and sweetcorn or onions and seasoning..mix and shape them then dip in egg then breadcrumbs n fry.
homemade pizza is easy too, make the base then spread with your hm bol sauce and top with pepperoni/cheese/bacon/sausage or anything you fancy.
youve got the making of a nice spanish ommelette there using a few new pots and veg or you could even have a bash at hm quiche with the bacon onions cream eggs n cheese. onion bhaji sp? with chopped onion maybe peas an egg and flour seasoned well with curry powder/spices, mixed and dolloped into hot oil to fry. theres loads of things i could make out of that lot, try a bit of experimenting and see how you get on...angchris xxproper prior planning prevents !!!!!! poor performance!Only when the last tree has died and the last river been poisoned and the last fish been caught will we realise we cannot eat moneyquote from an american indian.0 -
I made celeriac and potato mash with garlic in it yesterday. It is gorgeous!"Knowledge is knowing that a tomato is a fruit. Wisdom is not putting it in a fruit salad"
