Bad credit mortgages !!

Im am looking at getting a mortgage with the O/H however there are a few problems..

1st I have 1 default of £225.00, that puts me in a position of not being able to get a reasonable mortgage.

2nd I have been in my job for 2 months, and not finished my probational period and I am aware that some lenders may frown upon this, however with the default my credit score is very low and Im not sure that I can get an approved mortgage.

My O/H has exceptional credit and we were thinking of trying to use him as the main mortgage person, I still need help tho I need to push this mortgage through before 6 weeks otherwise I will not get the house that I would like to buy.

Does anyone have Ideas or any contacts that they can sort me out with because Im finding this stressful but would love to buy this property, what can I do please, please help me :D

XX Thank you XX

Why not try a local mortgage broker? It's their job to try to place the customer with the right mortgage and they earn a commision if they succeed which is an incentive to try hard and get it right.
