Orange Double your minutes and texts

I just want to let you know what happened to me.
I upgraded my phone with orange to obtain the double your minutes and texts. I had 120 minutes usable to call any phone and 60 texts.
I got my bill and had 240 minutes i.e. 120 plus 120 free but I also had 240 texts 120 plus 120 free. I was not happy with 240 texts as I was under the impression (silly me) that 60 x 2 = 120 right?
I called Orange and well after explaining myself a few times I am informed that the double texts only applies to a minimum of 120 but the sales person told me 60!!
I told them I had been misled and only wanted 120 in total i.e. double my texts. She went off and spoke to the manager and came back and repeated what she had said i.e. about 120 being the minimum. I said I did not dispute that what I disputed was that I was not informed that at the time. I said I wanted to pay for 60. She said that if she reduced it to 60 texts I would lose my free minutes. I said that I wanted to speak to the manager about the 60 texts.
The lady came back to me and said again that if I took off the 60 texts I would lose my free minutes. I then went to speak and she said she would refund me the money that those extra 60 cost me.
I am grateful to Orange for their accepting their mistake and rectifying it too.
