My washer has just packed in, no idea what's wrong with it 
has a fault no and tells me to ring this 0870 number 
so i checked on the saynoto0870 site and found a geographical number and called customer service.
I explains the problem and the lady says it's going to cost me £85 to send out an engineer :eek: I say thanks but i'll have to leave it as I can't afford that, so the lovely lady offers to send out the engineer FREE of charge, he's coming on Friday

What wonderful customer service just hope they don't charge me a fortune for any work or parts now :eek:

Well the lovely engineer from Dyson came yesterday afternoon, and it was a fuse that had gone in the powerboard.
so he fitted a whole new powerboard, upgraded all the software and fitted me a new coin trap and seal, including doing a full service on the machine for me, all free of charge
What wonderful people they are at Dyson
