First Direct - check your statements!

I set up an account with First Direct a couple of months ago and managed to take advantage of one of the "join now and get free money" offers. I even got one where I didn't have to transfer all my DD's, wages and so on. Bonus!
Thing is, the flyer I got advertised £35 as long as I had a balance of £100+ at the end of June 2005. My statement has duly arrived, my free money plopped into my account... and is £10 short.
I've rung their customer service line, and to be fair the chap on the end was as helpful as could be. It sounds like I wasn't the first to mention this to him, but he had to call me back once he'd figured out who to put the call through to... only they'd gone home.
I'm expecting a call back though he did say the incentives department "aren't the best for getting back within a day" so I'll leave it till next week before chasing.
However, just to mention to anyone else who may have taken advantage of this - check your statement and make sure they've coughed up the amount they promised! I kept the original flyer with application code so I have proof.

It's now the 20th - a week since I called - and I've had no response. I'll call them from work tomorrow. Hopefully the "Promotions" department will be open then.0
