Anyone used Dell Finance?

(not sure if this is the right board for this, so feel free to move if necessary)
Ordered a high-spec laptop from Dell on thursday evening - 10% deposit and 36 month term. It didn't ask me to pay the deposit at any stage. Received an 'Internet Receipt' from them about 5 minutes after.
Next morning, I received (by email) a PDF containing pre-filled finance documents and some blurb about what needs to be completed etc. They gave the option of either faxing or posting these back.
Completed all the forms and faxed them across Friday afternoon. I elected to post the hardcopy aswell, just in case.
Since then, I've heard nothing. Sent an email on monday asking them to confirm receipt of the fax or hardcopy, but as of yet had no reply.
Anyone have any experience with them? Generally trying to get an idea of whether this is normal or not, if it's not I may have to resort to pcworld!

They have actually just called this morning to let me know everything has gone through ok and wanting my card details for the deposit - maybe they read this board?!
Expecting a shiny new 17" Laptop next week ;-)0 -

LOL! I had problems with a Dell laptop some time ago, but just happened to be staying (with work) at the Castletroy Hotel almost on the doorstep of their factory in Limerick.... fastest support I've ever had from any companyThere are 10 types of people in the world, those that understand binary and those that don't
In many cases it helps if you say where you are - someone with local knowledge might be able to give local specifics rather than general advice0
