Credit Card refund of charges

in Credit cards
Hi,
Sorry to start a new thread about this topic, but I'm sure you can all help me. I sent off my letters to the 9 of the 10 credit cards I had. Had being the optimum word, as they are all in default and all of my debts are now being handled by the CCCS.
I've started getting replies back, a few are offering the difference between the £20 and the £12 (Mint, Barclaycard, NatWest). MBNA and CapitalOne are 'investigating' the matter, and LloydsTSB have refused point blank.
Do you think in my position it would be worth pushing for the whole of my charges to be refunded? What is the best point of tactic for LloydsTSB?
Also is it possible to claim back fees added to a loan? The Funding Corporation really screwed me over a few years ago!
cheers
