Yeah i would have though it illegal to sell those images without permission of the photographer. I think the 911 one is even worse though - that falling person, so terribly sad to think that that was the last few seconds of a life.
It's not even art. It's an image stuck in an Ace card with some tacky skull on the back and signed. The guy isn't an artist - all his other stuff is just pictures of famous people on bracelets or cufflinks.
