Empire commercial claim handlers

My insurance company have appointed empire commercial to deal with my claim for my TV - has anyone had any dealings with them before or know how long the whole thing takes - the lady on the phone said they might have to take my television away for repair/replace - Im not sure I could live without it.

the ins company i work for uses them, with tv's they are ok, pc's and laptops they are useless!0
