I registered with Matter in September .... When should I expect to receive Mine?? Should I contact them to chase them up??

We’ve had some email problems recently, now fixed, and there might be some confusion about who’s getting which box. Two emails went out to Matter subscribers, last Thursday (13th Nov around 6:30pm), to tell them their box is coming and to update their details.
1. Everyone registered before 6:00pm, Sep 5th, gets the November box.
2. Everyone registered after 6:00pm, Sep 5th, gets the following box early next year.
After the earlier email problems, if anyone who is registered, but didn’t get an email, please send an email to me (contact[at]matterbox.co.uk with “NO EMAIL” in the title.

Well one more of you may be recieveing a box. I felt I had to send Matter the following message:

Hi, I wondered if I could suggest that you please put me on the list for the next matter box insted of the one arriving on this saturday?
The reason being that I have been wathing in the MoneySavingExpert website and have seen what is in the box and I think it would really benefit someone other then me, you see...
I have an eating disroder and do not eat chocolate, (It freaks me out!!) I do not own a DVD player and I am prone to exma-
I really feel bad about this but would feel worse if you sent me something and took the time to do so, only for it to be wasted on me! (Unless things have changed inside the box!!)
I hope I haven't offended anyone- that was not my intention, I just don't want to waste time and enegry of people who pack the box and send the box, not stop anyone else who may like the box more then me, receiving the box- the chocolate seems to be a big hit with people with many of them looking forward to similar on saturday!

It's a lovely sentiment, but to be honest, I don't know if it will be possible to take your name off the list due to the huge numbers of people involved. I mean, I got my Matter box last Saturday (which shouldn't have happened) and I've since found out that another one turned up at my old address! (Didn't keep that one myself, though.) Matter seems to be one big logistical nightmare!

I still think the idea is good and it can only get better. Some people here have been plain rude, but I'm sure Tim is taking on feedback from the other posts!

It's all a bit bizarre - I'm down to get one on Saturday I think, but haven't received mine early like many people have. I really hope mine arrives this weekend (even though I will be on hols!!)

I got an email saying they were running late and I will get it this saturday,,nice of them ,,I thought..

I didnt know it was supposed to come last saturday though

I signed up for matter box earlier this year, and have since moved, i made sure i changed my address.

But having got the email saying it was delayed i received my box last saturday and my mum has just handed me another one that had been redirected from my old address seems a bit silly that they would store old details and send 2 to me when some people can't have one at all this time around.

its crazy people are getting 2 when you shouldntve even got it yet due t the delay, if it turns out that you get 3 or 4 as you get next weekends as well..... well there will be a lot of unhappy mse'rs slating the matter.

If mine doesn't show up on Saturday (or earlier!) than I'll lose some faith, but heh it's not as if all freebies come.
