You wont have missed out, if you registered before the beginning of September then you will get this box but if you registered after that you will get the February box.

This is what to do if you havent had an email:
1. Everyone registered before 6:00pm, Sep 5th, gets the November box.
2. Everyone registered after 6:00pm, Sep 5th, gets the following box early next year.
After the earlier email problems, if anyone who is registered, but didn’t get an email, please send an email to me (contact[at]matterbox.co.uk with “NO EMAIL” in the title.

Daft question but I am due my box on 29th November, will I also get a box in February or is it only 1 per household as a one off?
