We are discussing the Matterbox here not the moveme.com box.

Moveme box is for people that have recently/are moving home, with stuff like kitchen roll, UHT milk, loo roll etc in. Matterbox is run by Royal Mail with different products for different companies inside used as a form of advertising.

Hope this clears up any confusion

Matter is a new concept and while it's taken no time for consumers to get on board with Matter, it's taking longer than we'd anticipated to show the advertisers how it works and thus join in. Hence, it's been moved from Sept to Oct and now Nov.


It's not a ploy for anything. We don't sell or rent our subscribers' details to any other organisations, but we do ask (and will ask some further questions) so we can create more specific boxes for different people in the future. Our privacy policy (http://www.matterbox.co.uk/privacy.php) outlines exactly what we do with the details we keep,


I understand it can be disappointing but it's new, we're learning and things don't always go according to plan.

it does not mean everyone can be accepted straight away we will have to wait its a new freebie that we can ask for but they dont have the appropriate goods delivered as yet

Now I'm thinking its a doesnt matter box,

,so they are basically saying that they havent got the advertisers or enough of them signed up yet to send the box out ......
........if this was on Dragons Den I'd be out
