I remember the info saying that they would always be delivered on a Saturday and that they would e-mail to let you know beforehand as they are too big to go the through letter box.0 -
This is the reply I just received from matter so its not coming this Saturday.
Thanks for your email.
Matter is published like a magazine, so they all go out at the same time. The next Matter box, which was due in October, is now coming at the end of November. My apologies for the delay. We're doing something new and sometimes (most times, in fact), things take longer than anticipated.
Sorry for the delay and thanks for your patience. Do let me know if you have any more questions. We'll be in touch soon with more news.
Kind regards
Tim

Hi Vicky
Thanks for your email.
Many more people joined up in recent months than we'd anticipated. We originally planned for everyone to get the next box (now due in Nov), but that was oversubscribed and we had to close the list on Sept 5th. So, we're putting together another box for everyone who's joined since then; that'll be ready in February and you'll get that one.
Sorry for any confusion. Do let me know if you have any more questions. Otherwise, we'll be in touch soon with more news.
Kind regards
Just got this email back from matter when i emailed about when I would get mine. Must have just missed cut off date cos i swore i signed up before this date.:rolleyes:Baby Numner 4 due 7th May 2016:dance:

Just got a respose from them so no need for me to ring!...Thought i'd let you all know what was said!...
Subject: When???
Message: Been registered with you forever!!!....is this EVER going to
turn up?...was summer, then Oct now Nov!!
If this is just a marketing ploy to get details from people i think
it's in very poor taste!
A bit like the vodka on your first page, is this just a scam???

Hi
Thanks for your email.
Matter is a new concept and while it's taken no time for consumers to get on board with Matter, it's taking longer than we'd anticipated to show the advertisers how it works and thus join in. Hence, it's been moved from Sept to Oct and now Nov.
It's not a ploy for anything. We don't sell or rent our subscribers' details to any other organisations, but we do ask (and will ask some further questions) so we can create more specific boxes for different people in the future. Our privacy policy (http://www.matterbox.co.uk/privacy.php) outlines exactly what we do with the details we keep,
I understand it can be disappointing but it's new, we're learning and things don't always go according to plan.
Regards
