Hi Timmilne,

I received an email from matterbox some weeks ago confirming that I would be receiving my olympic edition box and to confirm my postcode - which I did. I have since not reecived any box though have emailed matterbox contact email 5 times over the past few weeks to find out where it is - I've even got the delivery receipt emails. Though no-one has replied to any of my emails.

Can you help at all?

It's still hard getting advertisers to use Matter; they'd rather make TV ads you ignore. When we start to get more advertisers to use it and make more boxes, we'll try and make sure more people get them.

I know it might not seem fair, but it's the fairest way we can do it while we have very limited supply of boxes.

Do you email every freebie that you apply for 5 times?

Some freebies arrive and some dont, its just a case of applying for what takes your fancy and then having a nice surprise when the postie brings you presents.
