I'd imagine they've got to convince enough companies to commit to get enough stuff to go in the Matter boxes, plus it was all carefully designed "think outside the (Matter) box" type stuff, so I'm not surprised its taking so long

I just had to add that I've been signed up to matter for two years now-got both my boxes. I dont remember the first one though because DF liked it so much I didn't get a chance to see it:T:T. The last one was mine because of the chocolate. We always move house round the same time each year and ours comes as a redirect. Its kinda like a joke-when our lease expires we get moving and expect a lovely house warming gift from matter.0
